    OPERA SHOP CASHIER

    Description

    Participate in the welcoming atmoshpere of the Opera shop, and assist patrons with their purchases.

     

    Requirements

    Duties include conducting cash register and credit card sales and reconciling beginning and ending cash. The cashiers work on performance evenings (approximately 40) arriving about 2 hours before the performance begins, and staying through the last intermission or the end of the performance to balance. Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, attention to detail, and experience with money handling are required.

    All positions require basic windows computer knowledge, and 3 years of prior cash handling experience.

    Must be available at least 3 evenings per week, including week-ends.
