The Fund for Apprentice Singers and Technicians
Our Apprentice Program for Singers was the first in America, offering experience and exposure to young artists transitioning from academic study to a professional career. Our Technical Apprentice Program followed soon after—and since 1957, more than 3,900 singers and technicians have graduated and gone on to success worldwide. We hope to increase dedicated funds for the Apprentice Program by $5 million, so a full 50% of its annual cost is endowed. Donors may establish a named apprenticeship in perpetuity with a contribution of $250,000 or more.
