ABOUT THE LOS ALAMOS OPERA GUILD

Reinvigorated by an excellent welcoming tea at The Santa Fe Opera, the Los Alamos Opera Guild is looking forward to an active year.  As the first and oldest Guild of The Santa Fe Opera, founded in 1957, we have enjoyed a long history of supporting The Santa Fe Opera and seeing it grow.

ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS

Christmas Party - Sunday, December 6, 2:00 - 4:00PM - Meeting at one of the historic homes in Los Alamos, we will celebrate the coming holidays with a party.  A raffle of opera memorabilia will be featured along with good food and drink.  Those interested in attending can contact Guild President, Dr. Cummings, at (505) 672-3102 or e-mail mecumm@mac.com for more information.

Mesa Public Library Opera Exhibit - Friday, December 4, through Tuesday, December 22 - As a prelude to the coming Santa Fe Opera season and later costume exhibit at Mesa Library in 2010, the Guild will feature a lobby exhibit at the library display window.  We look forward to welcoming the costume exhibit which was so well received in previous shows at the library.
